This page explains how to delete the data Ascentir Publisher holds about a connected YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account. Ascentir Publisher is the internal tool Ascentir LLC uses to publish videos to its own accounts and to partner creators' accounts; see our Privacy Policy for what it stores.
1. Revoke access on the platform
- YouTube / Google: open https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and remove "Ascentir Publisher".
- Instagram: on Instagram, Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, and remove "Ascentir Publisher". On Facebook, Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, remove it, and choose to have your data deleted. Meta then sends us the deletion request automatically and shows you a confirmation code.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > Apps and services permissions, and remove "Ascentir Publisher".
2. Or ask us
Email contact@ascentirmanagement.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account (platform and handle) you want removed. We may ask you to confirm that you own or manage the account.
What happens next
Within 7 days of the revocation or your request we delete, for that account: the access tokens, the account details (ID, username, name and profile picture), the statistics we read, and the stored IDs and links of the posts the tool made. We confirm by email when you asked us by email. Videos that were already published stay on your account until you delete them on the platform; deleting our data does not delete your posts.
