These terms are offered by Ascentir LLC ("Ascentir", "we", "us"). They cover this website, ascentirmanagement.com, and Ascentir Publisher, our internal publishing tool. By using the website or Ascentir Publisher you agree to these terms.

Ascentir Publisher

What it is. Ascentir Publisher is the internal tool Ascentir uses to publish videos to its own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts and to the accounts of partner creators it works with. It uploads or publishes each approved video with its caption, cover image and scheduled time, and shows how published videos perform.

Who may use it. The tool is used by Ascentir's team and by partner creators we invite under a written agreement. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it.

Approval before anything is posted. Nothing is published without approval: a person authorized by Ascentir (and, for a partner creator's account, as agreed with that creator) approves each video, its caption and its cover before the tool publishes it. Withdrawing approval before the scheduled time stops the post.

Your account and your content. You keep all rights to your accounts and your content. By connecting an account you allow Ascentir Publisher to publish to it the content that was approved for it, and to read the account information and statistics described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content published to your account and for following each platform's rules.

YouTube

Ascentir Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using Ascentir Publisher with a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Instagram

By using Ascentir Publisher with an Instagram account, you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870) and Meta's policies that apply to your account.

TikTok

By using Ascentir Publisher with a TikTok account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and TikTok's policies that apply to your account.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect an account at any time by revoking access on the platform or by emailing contact@ascentirmanagement.com. We then delete that account's data within 7 days, as described in our Privacy Policy and our Data deletion instructions. Posts that were already published stay on your account until you delete them there.

Platforms and availability

YouTube, Instagram and TikTok are run by their own companies, which may change, limit or stop the features the tool uses, and make their own decisions about accounts and content. Ascentir is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram or TikTok, and their names are trademarks of their respective owners.

This website

The content of this website is provided for information. The Ascentir name, logo and the website's content belong to Ascentir LLC; please do not copy them without our permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and Ascentir Publisher are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ascentir is not liable for a platform's decisions, for a post that a platform delays, refuses or removes, or for indirect or consequential losses.
