Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy explains how Ascentir LLC ("Ascentir", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website, ascentirmanagement.com, and through Ascentir Publisher, the internal tool we use to publish our videos to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Questions about this policy: contact@ascentirmanagement.com.

1. This website

This website gives information about Ascentir and Ascentir Publisher. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like any website, the hosting provider that serves it records technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and keep it secure; we do not use that data to identify visitors. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and use them only to reply to you.

2. Ascentir Publisher

What it is. Ascentir Publisher is our internal publishing tool. It publishes videos to the company's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts and, by written agreement, to the accounts of partner creators we work with. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

Approval first. Nothing is published without approval: a person authorized by Ascentir approves each video, its caption and its cover before the tool publishes it.

How accounts are connected. An account is connected only by its owner (or a person who manages it), who signs in on the platform's own page and grants access there. We never ask for or store platform passwords.

3. YouTube (YouTube API Services)

Ascentir Publisher uses YouTube API Services. When a YouTube channel is connected, Google gives us, with the channel owner's permission:

We use this only to publish the videos that were approved for that channel and to show how they perform. We store: the access grant (an OAuth refresh token, kept encrypted and readable only by our publishing servers), the channel's ID and title, when it was connected and which permissions were granted, and for each video the tool uploaded its YouTube ID, link, scheduled time and status. Statistics and other information read from YouTube are kept for no longer than 30 days unless they are refreshed from YouTube, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.

We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host and run the tool for us (see Sharing), who process it only to run the tool.

By using Ascentir Publisher with a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke Ascentir Publisher's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Ascentir Publisher's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Instagram (Meta)

When an Instagram professional account is connected through Facebook Login for Business, Meta gives us, with the account owner's permission: the Instagram account's ID, username and profile picture, the account's published media and their basic statistics, the ability to publish Reels with their caption and cover image, the ID of the business portfolio the account belongs to, and the name and profile picture of the person who connected it (Meta's public profile).

Meta's login for this kind of app also always includes permission to manage the account's direct messages. Ascentir Publisher does not read or send direct messages; if we ever add a feature that does, we will update this policy before it is used.

We use this information only to publish approved Reels to that account and to show how they perform. We store the access token (encrypted, readable only by our publishing servers), the account ID, username and business portfolio ID, when it was connected, and for each Reel the tool published its media ID, link and status. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. Meta's own use of information is described in the Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/) and the Instagram Privacy Policy.

5. TikTok

When a TikTok account is connected through TikTok for Business, TikTok gives us, with the account owner's permission: the account's ID, username, display name, profile picture, account type and basic statistics (such as follower count), the account's published videos and their basic statistics, and the ability to publish videos with their caption and cover image and to read whether a publish succeeded.

We use this only to publish approved videos to that account and to show how they perform. We store the access and refresh tokens (encrypted, readable only by our publishing servers), the account ID and username, when it was connected, and for each video the tool published its publish ID, post link and status. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. TikTok's own use of information is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).

6. Sharing

Information from connected accounts is never sold, rented or used for advertising, and is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. It is shared only with the service providers that host and run Ascentir Publisher for us (our cloud hosting provider, and our private code repository and automation provider), who process it only to run the tool, and where required by law.

7. How long we keep it and how it is deleted

We keep a connected account's tokens and details while the account stays connected. Statistics read from any platform are refreshed or deleted within 30 days. When an account is disconnected, when access is revoked on the platform, or when its owner asks us to delete their data, we delete that account's tokens, details, statistics and the stored IDs and links of the posts the tool made, within 7 days. Posts that were published stay on the platform until the account owner deletes them there. Instructions: https://ascentirmanagement.com/data-deletion.

8. Revoking access

The owner of a connected account can revoke Ascentir Publisher's access at any time:

Revoking access stops the tool from publishing to that account, and we delete its data within 7 days as described above.

9. Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@ascentirmanagement.com. We may ask you to confirm that you own or manage the account concerned.

If you connected an account to Ascentir Publisher, you can also revoke its access on the platform (see Revoking access) or follow https://ascentirmanagement.com/data-deletion. We delete that account's data within 7 days of the revocation or your request.

10. Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are readable only by our publishing servers. Access to Ascentir Publisher is limited to signed-in company devices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

11. Children, international processing and changes

This website and Ascentir Publisher are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Ascentir LLC is a U.S. company. Our team and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change affects how we use data from connected accounts, we update this page before the change takes effect.
